Habitat For Humanity Cape May County, NJ, has posted a job search for a part-time Executive Director. BS/BA degree preferred, but equivalent will be considered.  Applicant must have three years’ managerial experience and excellent people skills. Public speaking, grant-writing, computer skills are all a definite plus. Duties will include:  - Obtaining a minimum of $10,000 new funding each year through activities or grants;  - Overseeing volunteer recruitment and training;  - Serving as principal spokesperson for the affiliate;  - Developing policies to meet organizational objectives;  - Nurturing affiliate relationships with municipalities, donors, churches and other faith-based organizations and Habitat International; and other duties as specified by the Board of Directors. Position based on a 20-hr. per week flexible schedule with salary $22,000, plus $3,000 for health insurance.
